OOC PERMISSIONS
Backtagging: I live off of it, so it's always alright with me. Typically I don't drop things unless it's come to a natural conclusion/actual conclusion, and at the off chance that I do, I typically warn you ahead of time.
Threadhopping: Ask first if it's not a shooting the breeze sort of conversation. Locked/private/closed things are, considering the idea of a lock/private things/closed thing, a bit off limits. If you're not sure, just ask.
Fourthwalling: If you really want to do it, ask me first and we can work something out. The Doctor is weird in that he's regenerated a lot and he knows that he's part of some stories. He also knows he got this face somewhere but where is a mystery.
Offensive or triggering subjects: If you manage to offend or trigger me, I have to commend you. So, there's nothing particularly problematic I need to avoid. The Doctor's only thing might being called a solider or genocide and being the only one of your species left. But even then it's less triggering and more offensive.

IC PERMISSIONS
Powers of the not telepathic/mind reading persuasion: Ask first, obviously. I'm pretty easy going about it, but I also don't want surprise something happened happening.
Powers of the telepathic/mind reading persuasion: Again, I'd like you to ask. We could work something out, but the Doctor himself can do telepathy so it might be a bit hard.
Hugging ( and other non-romantic touching ) this character: He's not a big fan of the hugs. You can do it, but he's going to not reciprocate and want to die a little.
Kissing this character: I won't say no, but have fun with that one. See the explanation for hugging and multiply it by like five.
Flirting with this character: Go for it. Preemptively apologizing the most judgmental judging you've ever seen and anything else rude that might occur.
Injuring this character: Ask first. Scrapes and minor things are usually fine and I'll probably do them myself, but beyond that I really would like to make sure we're on the same page if we're going into injury territory.
Killing this character: Again, ask first. I may kill him at some point of my own free will, but things like that need to be talked about ahead of time.

THE MORE YOU KNOW
Is there something about this character that might offend me?: Possibly. This version of the Doctor is an asshole and abrasive so he might offend you. If that's a problem, don't hesitate to tell me.

AND NOW FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!
So! Technically speaking the Doctor is psychic. He has to touch the person and concentrate while he does it, but he could read your mind and do all sorts of fun things like manipulating memories. While the chances of me using this power are very slim, this part of my permissions post is important I need your input just in case. Just fill this out and if I use it, I'll make sure you and everyone else is aware. And we can work out specifics when the time comes.

Can the Doctor use his psychic abilities on your character?: I don't mind him reading her mind, but I would prefer he not manipulate her memories (or if it ever came up, we'd need to definitely discuss it first; she's had memories manipulated before).
If the answer is yes, are there defenses against psychic intrusions and what are those?: Nothing, really. However, she would probably attack him if it was done without her permission unless there was a good reason for it, haha.
